Cask Name: The Bow Will Break IPA

ABV: 6.0%

IBU: 85

Another in the line of experimental IPA’s, with a twist.  Layering in some dark wheat malt for a dash of color without too much roasted notes gave us a darker than usual IPA.  A smooth malt body holds up the true show of the IPA, a pile of citrus forward hops…  Topaz, Columbus, Crystal and dryhopped with Athanum.
