We will be tapping 3 casks today - all of them will be Irish Cream Ales but each infused with a different Irish Whiskey!
A St. Patrick’s Day tradition here at the institute. A smooth bodied ale, rounded with nutty and grainy tones, combined with just enough hops to balance out the addition of some of the finest Whiskeys Ireland has to offer. The Whiskey lends subtle notes of spice, vanilla and tannins and a wee bit of zip to this fine ale. So put on something green, slap on a smile and come join us for a great time!
