I’d like to say that I added a juniper berry extraction so you could enjoy the mild medicinal effects of the berry that have been touted around the world for centuries.  But alas I am not that smart.  I just thought the pine and tart citrus flavors of the juniper would blend nicely the hop profile of this IPA, all sitting on the molasses, chocolate and nut tones of the malt.  So step right up and try a pint.
