Cask name: Crystal-phor Columbus

Five and a quarter centuries ago, some guy discovered a place that many already knew existed.  To commemorate this astonishing “discovery” we’ve created an ale to celebrate.  OK, so there’s no real party, but we’ve made a pretty awesome cask anyways.  ESB malt for body and structure and a hop named after said dude all the way through.  And because he did have a first name, we dryhopped it with Crystal just to be thorough.

Hops – Columbus, Crystal

ABV – 5.0

IBU – 35
