Belgian Cherry Wheat Ale
 
Showcasing local “late harvest” cherries using a carefully and creatively crafted wheat ale recipe combined with a Belgian yeast strain.  Darker, robust but not as sweet cherry essence, combined with an earthy character brought forth by the yeast.  Mild hop bitterness on the fore and aft of the beer allows the delicate flavors of the cherries to shine through.  At 5.5% ABV and 34 IBU, cherry induced red hue will sure to get you to come back for more.
